The cost of Ralhun's containment-silence made concrete (Death-adjacent, Act II): 60 hands dead on a clean road a Nhál reader could have named. Imeth's Ch8 fracture pays here. The death is not washed by Ralhun's later sacrifice — the Eskval stays dead; the silence stays a wrong (Ch17 guardrail: consequence, not absolution).
