The loader who died beside the gunner Pell when the Endurance's port flank cracked to vacuum (frames 40–46) under an Orun pressure-blow. Named off the watch-bill in the cabin aftermath; the second of the two names Sloane orders welded into the hull-memorial wall before the watch changes — "so the crew sees we don't leave anyone in the dark."
